Haulin’ Toasts was born from the passion, creativity, and innovation of Claire Murphy and the Auburn community. Wanting to challenge myself with a project that would allow me to spend more time with family and friends — while also bringing fun and excitement to our community — I created something truly special.

With over twenty years in the food service industry, I have mastered the art of mixology. Throughout my career, I have served, bartended, and managed numerous restaurants of all styles. I have also been featured in and contributed to several restaurant publications, continuously expanding my knowledge and creativity within the industry.

Haulin’ Toasts allows me to do what I love most: craft unforgettable experiences. My goal is to provide exceptional service and memorable moments for our customers, partners, and staff — all while celebrating community, connection, and great cocktails.
